About the Role:

Join The Dalleo Group Insurance as a Customer Care Representative and be the friendly voice our clients trust! In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers, ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and coverage questions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional insurance products.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Insurance license is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
