ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Dalleo Group Insurance is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Receptionist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries, taking payments and maintaining customer records.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable on the phone.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
